Innovative ODS-P uses a co precipitation method to prepare high-purity silica gel. After undergoing surface deactivation and a novel bonding process by Bonajar Technology, it provides a balanced retention ability and exhibits better peak shapes for acidic, alkaline, and neutral compounds. It precisely controls the three-dimensional structure of the bonding phase and has strong shape recognition ability for molecules, as well as good separation ability for isomers. Innovative ODS-P is a cost-effective chromatographic column.

The Innovative ODS-P filler has a uniform particle size and regular pore size, and the prepared column has excellent separation efficiency, higher column efficiency and separation degree than other 5 μ m similar products, but with lower column pressure.

Good mechanical strength, extended service life

Innovative ODS-P high-purity silica gel is prepared by co precipitation method. The silica gel prepared by this method has better mechanical strength and more uniform particle size than the silica gel prepared by polymerization method, which can significantly extend the service life of the filler and reduce the cost of use.

Experiment: Fill the sample into a DAC chromatography column with a diameter of 50 mm, with a filling pressure of 12 MPa. Repeat the filling five times and observe the degree of damage to the filler. Optical microscopy shows changes in filler particles before and after the mechanical strength test

Innovative ODS-P filler: The surface of the silicone gel has been treated with a dual layer surface treatment technology of Bonne Agela, which increases the hydrophilic ability of the silicone surface while reducing the activity of the silicon hydroxyl group.
